Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Duncanville

Beautiful hotel and lobby. Minimalist decor which suits us very well. We needed a place for a gathering of four people for about an hour and the seating areas were very good for that. Staff was very helpful

Over all it was a beautiful room. I liked the fact that the ac unit was built in on the wall. I liked the mirror it was big and beautiful. The room was very clean as well.The lady that checked me in that night was very nice and patient as well.

I loved the greeting from the staff each time I entered the door. They called me by name. The black guy at the desk was very nice and always smiling. Patrick was very nice and helpful. The white male that worked at night was also very friendly.

The breakfast was great and the young lady(with short colored hair) always offered a greeting with a smile. I value attention to detail and she has it and I may be wrong but I think she likes her job- at least that's the vibe she gave us the 3 days we were there. I appreciated the cook preparing our vegetarian omelets. There were always perfect. That gave our experience personal touches. Also, we enjoyed the honey-glazed salmon over rice pilaf with veggies as a dinner option. Oh my, that was so good. The atmosphere was enticing and the property (inside and out) was clean and well kept. The upgrades look good, really good-very modern. Everyone was so attentive and gave great service.
